Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

- You are using your own payment methods (bKash wallet, Nagad account, or Rocket account) registered in your own name to make deposits and receive withdrawals.
99xo4 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts that are found to be non-compliant, forfeiting any balance held therein in cases of fraudulent misrepresentation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Single Account Policy
Each individual person may register only one (1) account on 99xo4. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact 99xo4 support immediately.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Password and Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 99xo4 will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 99xo4 of a security breach. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
99xo4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the mobile financial services most widely used across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ and is displayed within the account Cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request.
All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — meaning deposits from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account that does not belong to the account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation. 99xo4 will not be responsible for any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider in connection with transactions.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, including major cricket fixtures such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches, processing times may be longer. 99xo4 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests above a threshold amount may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Currency and Exchange
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. If you transfer funds from a mobile wallet that operates in a currency other than BDT, any conversion cost is borne entirely by you.
Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a completed deposit transaction is considered fraud. If a chargeback or reversal is initiated, 99xo4 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the original deposit amount. Users who engage in fraudulent payment behaviour will be permanently banned from the Platform.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
99xo4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus for new registrations, periodic reload bonuses, and seasonal cricket promotions during BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup cycles. The availability, terms, and conditions of each specific promotion are set out on the applicable promotion page within the Platform at the time the offer is live.
All bonuses issued by 99xo4 are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Abuse
99xo4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, 99xo4 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.
Promotional Variations
99xo4 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where a promotion has been published in error or where the continuation of a promotion would expose 99xo4 to undue financial risk. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be entitled to the terms that applied at the time of their opt-in, subject to fraud provisions.
6. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification
99xo4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. Age verification is conducted at the point of registration, and additional verification may be required before withdrawal processing. 99xo4 reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to confirm a player's age and identity.
99xo4 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, accessible through Account Settings without requiring contact with customer support:
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your account. Once set, limits may only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
- Self-exclusion — temporary (30-day, 90-day, 180-day) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed during the elected period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99xo4 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets, scrape data, or interact with any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 99xo4.
- Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, match, or event available on the Platform.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle for the transfer or conversion of funds derived from illegal activity.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their explicit consent.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to obtain winnings that would not have been payable under correctly functioning systems.
99xo4 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take remedial action — including but not limited to voiding bets, reversing withdrawals, and terminating accounts — where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. Decisions made by 99xo4 in such matters are final.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 99xo4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 99xo4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99xo4. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99xo4, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — even if 99xo4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
99xo4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable precautions to maintain service continuity — including server redundancy and SSL-secured data transmission — unforeseen technical failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. In such cases, 99xo4 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate updates through the Platform.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
99xo4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 99xo4 operates as a global online gaming platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that no guarantee of winnings can be made by any platform.
